HS CEO Tuition: Bills Mailed to Students
Billing for HS CEO tuition will be sent to students' home addresses. If your school district is paying for some/all of the costs, the school should provide a letter utilizing this template: Letter for School Paying for Student Costs
Please note for student/parent questions: If College does not have a Certificate of Residency on file for a student, the balance on the bill will include the non-resident charge. This charge is only credited by the College's Student Accounts Office when the COR is on file. Since the COR Applications for Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben counties are sent to the ACE Office and then sent to those counties, the student may have completed the COR Application, and the College may be waiting for the Certificate to come from the county. For all other counties, the student (or the school) conveys the Application directly to the county, and sends the Certificate to the ACE Office.
Registration in ACE Classes
Fall 2025 Registration Update 10.06.2025: the ACE Office is close to completing registrations for Fall 2025 ACE courses. When registration for each school is complete based on the information we have been provided, we'll notify Coordinators, and reaffirm the Roster Verification process.
Please note that all ACE Instructors must confirm their roster through this form: Fall 2025 ACE Roster Verification. If a student does not appear on that roster, they are not enrolled in the SUNY CCC course, and therefore are not eligible to be assigned a grade and receive College credit.
Class Lists Contain Student Username and CID
ACE Instructors can obtain student information for account claim from their classlist, and should convey that information to their students.
Certificate of Residency Application and Certificate Process
For ACE student residents of Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben Counties, typically, the high school/BOCES collects the COR Application below, conveys those to the ACE Office at SUNY CCC, and the ACE Office sends the applications to the counties.
For HSCEO students residents of Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben Counties, the application form below may be submitted to the ACE Office: ace@corning-cc.edu.
For ACE student residents of all other counties except Chemung/Schuyler/Steuben, typically, your school will submit your completed Application form to those counties and send the Certificates to the ACE Office.
For HSCEO student residents of all other counties except Chemung/Schuyler/Steuben, instructions for submitting the Certificate of Residency Application to their county please see the following: https://www.corning-cc.edu/current-students/certificate_of_residence.php
