In keeping with the College’s Mission to “Empower Students and Elevate Our Community,” the Makerspace allows new and more contemporary methods to be taught and is a place for innovators and artists to create, interact, learn, inspire, and educate students for the growing workforce demand for manufacturing technology and digital design.
The Makerspace provides hands-on learning opportunities for students in the Mechatronics AAS, Electrical Technology AAS, Mechanical Technology AAS, Machine Tool Technology AAS, Engineering AS, and Digital Design AS programs, but is also open to students from all programs, as well as community members.
