To register for classes before classes have started, once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Registration"Click "Add or Drop Courses" Select the proper term, and click "Submit" Enter the CRN number in the boxesClick "Submit Changes"
All the services in My Banner require that you first log in to MyCorning. Go to: https://sites.google.com/corning-cc.edu/mycorning Log in using your user name and password. After logging in, click on the “My Banner” link at the upper right corner of your screen.
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Student Records"Click "Request Printed Transcript" and fill in the necessary information. Continue through the screens to "Submit Request." Be sure to request "official" transcript.Note: You can also click "View Status of Transcript Request" to see if the request was sent, and click "View holds" to view any holds that would prevent you from getting a transcript.
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Registration" (there will be several linked choices - read the comments to be sure you are using the correct one). Before a Course Has StartedClick "Add or Drop Courses for [term]"Select the term and click "Submit"Current courses will be listed. To drop, click the dropdown arrow under "Action" and select "Web drop"To add, type in the CRN of the course (do a class search to find the CRN if necessary). Click "Submit Changes" After a Course Has StartedAdd a courseClick "Add Course Request [term]"Enter the CRN and click "Submit" Your request will go through an approval process, and you will be emailed upon approval or denialDrop a courseClick "Drop Request - [term]" All courses will be listed. Click the radio button for the course you are requesting to drop.Add your reason for dropping.Click "Submit Request"Note: dropping courses may affect the financial aid for which you are eligible. Contact the Educational Advisement Center if you have questions about how your financial aid might be affected.
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Personal Information"Click "Update Addresses"Choose "Permanent" for type of address
Once you are in My Banner: Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Registration" Click "Look up Classes"Enter term and submitSelect a subject and click "Course Search" or choose "Advanced Search"
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Student Records"Click "View Student Information"
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Registration"Click "Week at a Glance" and select a dateor Click "Student Detail Schedule"
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student and Financial Aid"Click "Financial Aid"Click "Financial Aid Status"Select aid year
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Financial Aid"Click "SUNY Award Letter"Select aid yearView your SUNY Award Letter
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Financial Aid"Click "Award"Click "Accept Award Offer" (select aid year if prompted)Review the information on all tabsClick the tab for "Terms and Conditions" (you must read and accept to continue)Click the tab for "Accept Award Offer"You may decline, accept all, or accept a partial amount (reduce your debt by accepting only the amount of loans that you need)Click "Submit"
Once you are in My Banner: At the end of the term:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Student Records"Click "Academic Transcripts"
A degree evaluation will tell you which courses you need to complete a specific academic program.Once you are in My Banner:Click on "Student and Financial Aid"Click on "Registration"Click on "Degree Works"Enter your Student IDUse the "Worksheet" featureIf you have questions about your program, please contact the Educational Planning Center or your assigned academic advisor.
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid" Click "Student Records"Click "Request Enrollment Verification"Click "Obtain Enrollment Certificate"You will be directed to a third-party website to finish the request  
Once you are in My Banner:Click "Student & Financial Aid"Click "Student Account"Here you will see three options:Online Payment and Billing - view billing statements and pay onlineAccount Detail for Term - Look at balances (bills are updated monthly)Tax Notification - See and print a copy of your 1098-T tax form
