Presenter Bios:

Amy Conway NewAmy Conway is an HR Consultant with Leath HR Group and works as a Professional Leadership Coach. She spent nearly two decades in Executive and Human Resources Management at Nordstrom, one of North Americaโ€™s most reputable retail brands. As a leader, she was best known for her keen ability to leverage a companyโ€™s greatest assets, their people, which led to her passion for HR. Amy is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and Certified Professional Coach. She is a dedicated member of Kappa Delta Sorority and has served on the Alumnae Advisory Board at several universities, currently at UNC Wilmington.
