Submit a SUNY EOP Financial Information Form to Corning Community College by June 30. |
|
Apply for a Federal PIN at Federal Student Aid website. |
|
Complete and submit a FAFSA (Federal PELL) application. Corning Community College’s federal school code is 002863 as soon as possible. |
|
Complete and submit a New York State TAP application. Corning’s code is 2042. |
|
Submit your final high school and college transcripts to the Admissions Office. |
|
Your prompt payment of the deposit will ensure financial aid decisions move quickly. Contact our Admissions Office if you have questions or concerns |

Complete and submit all required health forms and immunization records. Phone: 607-962-9241 |
|
Complete and submit your Academic Verification Form to the EOP Office by June 30. |
|
Check your Corning email and MyCorning account for weekly updates. |
|
Pay your Corning Community College student account bill by the due date. Contact EOP for assistance. |
|
Confirm attendance at EOP Summer Program by June 30. |
|
Attend the mandatory EOP Summer Orientation Program on July 2. |
|
Complete the placement test during EOP orientation or Summer program if required.

Enroll full-time (12 –16 credit hours) for the Fall semester. |
|
Obtain your official class schedule. |
|
Meet with your EOP Coach/Counselor to review and sign your EOP Contract before the EOP grant money is added to your financial aid award package. |

Complete Voluntary Consent Release Form |
