Micro-Credential

The Emergency Management microcredential prepares the student to develop effective strategies, tactics, and communication for leadership at emergency incidents. The need for emergency management education is continually growing in our country. With threats of terrorism, natural disasters, and imminent need for rescue and protection of critical infrastructure, it is imperative to have personnel that are prepared to aid in difficult
circumstances. This microcredential will also focus on community relations and assisting in the delivery of emergency services.
