Request for Accessibility Services

The first part of the Accessibility Services eligibility process is to self-identify as a student with a disability and request accommodations.

Accessibility Services will need information about how your disability is likely to impact you here at Corning Community College.

Any information or documentation you can readily share during or prior to our first meeting is helpful and can save the need for follow-up meetings with Accessibility Services. You will be provided an opportunity to upload your documentation with your self-identification form.
