Implementing Lean

This training will help you understand Lean principles and values – terms, leadership roles, strategy, goals and Lean culture.

You will have the foundational knowledge in seven key Lean tools:

1. 5S Workplace Organization (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize and Sustain)
2. Lean Metrics
3. Visual Management
4. Standardized Work
5. Error Proofing (prevent, eliminate and reduce work errors)
6. Value Stream Mapping (Lean process mapping tool)
7. Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) Training Event

This course is designed to help businesses implement Lean tools and methods within their organization or anyone wishing to learn Lean tools and methods.

Cancellations with less than 3 days notice or failure to attend (No Shows) the first day of class will not qualify for a refund or reduction of charges.

Students may cancel 3 days or more prior to the day of class and receive a full refund. We solidify dates with instructors 3 days prior to the start of the class (or reschedule/cancel) and it is dependent upon enrollment. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice can not be refunded).
