COVID Vaccine Clinic

SUNY Corning Community College and the Steuben County Health Department
will hold COVID-19 vaccine clinics on September 15 and 22
CCC Spencer Hill Campus Gym, available to CCC students.
Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available.
SUNY CCC students are encouraged to get the Pfizer vaccine, which has three weeks
between doses as opposed to 4 weeks with Moderna.
For SUNY CCC students under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must accompany the
student to the clinic or bring a completed Consent Form for Minors. From there, the
parent will be contacted by phone to obtain verbal consent.
Those interested in receiving a vaccine from the clinic can schedule an appointment;
walk-ins will be accepted. After registering for an appointment, students will need
to complete the New York State COVID-19 Vaccine Form. Print and bring this confirmation
page with you to the clinic.
