Cancellations with less than 3 days notice or failure to attend (No Shows) the first day of class will not qualify for a refund or reduction of charges.

Students may cancel 3 days or more prior to the day of class and receive a full refund. We solidify dates with instructors 3 days prior to the start of the class (or reschedule/cancel) and it is dependent upon enrollment. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice can not be refunded). Instructor

Jeanne Eschbach Jeanne Eschbach

Jeanne Eschbach is a consultant in the areas of leadership, grant development and non-profit management. She is a certified partner with Wiley in Everything DiSC ® , a personal development model that focuses on an individual’s preferences and tendencies and The Five Behaviors ® , a model to improve teamwork based on Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. 

She is the retired Executive Director of Workforce Education and Academic Pathways at SUNY Corning Community College. Other previous positions include: Dean of Continuing Education and Graduate Studies at Elmira College; Assistant Dean, School of Global and Professional Programs at Marist College and Director of Continuing Education at Corning Community College. Jeanne’s degrees include: MA, Binghamton University and BA, University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Certificate of Mastery in Prior Learning Assessment from CAEL and is a graduate of the Chairs Leadership Academy.

Jeanne’s work has received a number of honors: 2020 SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Professional Service, 2022 winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award for the Corning Area Chamber of Commerce, 2023 Continuing Education Association of NY Emeritus Award and the 2023 Chemung County Chamber of Commerce Partners in Education Career Achievement Award.

Now that Jeanne is enjoying semi-retirement, she is looking for new challenges in her community as well as enjoying gardening, cooking and reading murder mysteries. She and her husband, Scott, are Chemung County residents and love exploring the beauty of the Finger Lakes.
