Machine Tool Technology Certificate

This certificate program prepares students for immediate employment as entry‑level machine operators. Students gain hands‑on experience and proficiency with essential machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and precision measurement equipment. To support long‑term career growth and advancement, the program also includes the College’s introductory course in CNC programming, preparing students for work with modern machining centers. In addition, students develop foundational skills in mathematics and technical writing appropriate to the machining profession, providing the academic preparation needed to continue their education in an associate degree program in Machine Tool Technology.
