SUNY Corning Community College invites former students to consider returning to SUNY CCC to complete their degree! SUNY CCC will hold a Red Baron Re-Admit Student Night on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, for all students who have started a degree at SUNY CCC and not quite finished. Attendees can register for session A, scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or session B, scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Dinner will be served from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A kids focused dinner buffet will be available along with the option to enjoy our on-campus dining facilities for those not interested in the buffet. Attendees are welcome to bring their family members of all ages: movies and activities will be available for young children. Register online.
During the event, prospective re-admit students will have the opportunity to meet with student accounts and the bursar, the registrar, financial aid, and academic advisors. The goal for the evening is to help students who have completed some credits to determine what is required to earn a degree and -- if desired -- to take the necessary steps to complete the admission and registration processes at SUNY CCC for the Spring 2019 semester.
"SUNY CCC wants to help former students complete their associate's degree," said Christian Kull, Director of Enrollment Operations. "We look forward to assisting individuals move forward in completing their academic goals through SUNY CCC."
Students who would like to renew their studies at SUNY CCC should come to one of the sessions prepared to complete the enrollment application and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. To do this, please visit the Federal Student Aid web site and create an account before coming to our event. In addition, if former students have completed course work at other institutions since attending SUNY CCC, they should bring an official, sealed copy of their college transcripts for the Registrar to evaluate for SUNY CCC transfer credit.
