SUNY Corning Community College invites former students to reconsider completing their degree! SUNY CCC will hold a Red Baron Re-Admit Student Night on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, for all students who have started a degree at SUNY CCC and not quite finished. Attendees can register for session A, scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or session B, scheduled from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Dinner will be served from 4:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Attendees are welcome to bring their families: movies and activities will be available for young children. Register online.
During the event, prospective re-admit students will have the opportunity to meet with student accounts and the bursar, the registrar, financial aid, and advisors. The goal for the evening is to help students who have completed some credits to determine what is required to earn a degree and -- if desired -- to take the necessary steps to complete the admission and registration processes at SUNY CCC for the Spring 2019 semester.
"SUNY CCC wants to help former students complete their associate's degree," said Christian Kull, Director of Enrollment Operations. "We look forward to helping in whatever way you would like, as best we can."
Students who would like to renew their studies at SUNY CCC should come to one of the sessions prepared to complete the enrollment application and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. To do this, please visit the Federal Student Aid web site and create an account before coming to our event. In addition, if former students have completed course work at other institutions since attending SUNY CCC, they should bring an official, sealed copy of their college transcipts for the Registrar to evaluate for SUNY CCC transfer credit.
