Fitness Center

Work out in the Fitness Center whenever you want. All currently enrolled students are eligible to use CCC's Fitness Center.

  • Fitness Assessments - Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Girth Measurements
  • Body Fat % Calculation
  • Cardiovascular Testing 
  • Muscular Endurance/Strength Testing
  • Exercise Program Implementation
  • Wellness Programming


All currently enrolled students, faculty/staff and retirees are eligible to use CCC's Fitness Center after completing a mandatory orientation session and signing an Assumption of Risk Form. For every visit, members must bring their CCC ID to gain access to the facility.


Orientation sessions are given during the first two weeks of each semester (see the Fitness Center or MyCCC Announcements for details). After the first two weeks of classes, students may stop into the Fitness Center to arrange for an Orientation with a staff member.

Fall and Spring Semesters

  • 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday
  • 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Friday
  • 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Saturday
  • 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Sunday

2016 February Break Week Hours:

  • CLOSED      Saturday (2/13) – Sunday (2/14)
  • 9am–6pm   Monday (2/15) – Friday (2/19)
  • CLOSED      Saturday (2/20)
  • 5pm–9pm   Sunday (2/21)
