Teaching
For me, economics and finance are not merely academic disciplines; they are the lenses through which I interpret the world’s complexities. This passion has been the central driving force of my life, fueling a career-long commitment to understanding the mechanics of value, the psychology of markets, and the power of fiscal literacy.
However, my greatest fulfillment comes from demystifying these concepts for my students. I believe that economic empowerment begins in the classroom, and I am deeply driven to pass on the analytical tools that turn uncertainty into opportunity.
The power of education can be seen through the experiences of our students. In the case of a former student that completed my introductory macroeconomics course who initially struggled to see how abstract theories applied to his life. Through our work together, he found his spark. I watched with immense pride as he successfully transferred to a top-tier university to complete his Bachelor’s, followed by a Master’s in Finance. He did work, put in the time, struggled to learn and triumphed over adversity.
Years later, I received a phone call from him. He had just secured a senior position at a global corporation—the exact "dream job" he had once thought was out of reach. Seeing him navigate the corporate world with confidence and expertise is the ultimate validation of my work as an educator. To play even a small part in a student's journey from curiosity to professional mastery is exactly why I teach.
