The admissibility of criminal evidence in the courtroom, including a review of its historical development, the effect of changing philosophies, and current constitutional and procedural considerations. Case studies. (3 cr. hrs.) (Fall, Spring).
Prerequisite: CRJ 1010, ENGL 1010, and satisfactory completion of all reading placements. Lectures/case studies.
