The Technical Theatre Micro-credential will prepare you to seek employment locally and regionally in the growing upstate arts economy. According to the Center of Urban Future's report "Upstate's Creative Spark: How the Arts is Catalyzing Economic Vitality Across Upstate New York," between 2009 and 2019, employment in the Arts and Culture Sector in Upstate New York grew by 34.8%. Local Partnership with Elmira College

SUNY CCC currently has the pieces in place to offer a Micro-Credential in Technical Theatre, through courses available in our own Theatre Studies Curriculum, and through our Dual Enrollment agreement with Elmira College. Students will be charged appropriate tuition and fees per SUNY CCC catalog and the SUNY CCC- Elmira College Theatre Articulation Agreement. No additional costs are anticipated.
