Fall 2013 Enrollment Checklist
- Know your College Student Id Number or "CID" Number.
Refer to your acceptance letter for this important number. You will need this number to identify yourself for testing, financial aid, registering for courses and more. - Placement Testing and Course Registration
Placement testing and course registration for the Fall 2013 semester will begin after February 1, 2013. You may or may not need to take the placement test. Please refer to http://www.corning-cc.edu/future/stusucctr/placement/ for exemptions. - Submit Student Health Questionnaire
All students taking 6 or more credit hours are REQUIRED to complete a student health questionnaire regardless of age due to mandatory meningitis education. While the meningitis vaccine remains optional, the education is required. Further, if you are born after 12/31/1956 you are required to prove that you are not susceptible to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella by providing a complete and accurate vaccination record, doctor documented illness for measles and mumps only, or by positive serological testing.
- APPLY for Federal, State financial aid, loans, and scholarships for full & part time students. Complete the FAFSA. Students attending in the Fall 2013 semester can begin applying for financial aid at www.fafsa.gov as of January 1, 2013. Find more information about Paying for College and scholarships.
