Corning Community College is a leader in the Chemung / Schuyler / Steuben Workforce NY One-Stop system. We are the program operator for the Elmira One-Stop as well as an integral partner in other One-Stop locations serving Corning, Bath, Hornell and Montour Falls. These One-Stop Centers offer a variety of workforce development services for both job seekers and employers.

Employers will find numerous no-fee services available to any business in the tri-county region including:

  • Veterans employment and training services
  • Employer tax credit information
  • On-the-job and other training funds
  • Human resource consultants
  • Job listings
  • Computerized job matching
  • Labor market information
  • ATTAIN Lab (Corning)
  • On Site Partners include:  NYS DOL, GST BOCES, Chemung Co. DSS, ProAction, NYS JOBS Program,and CSS WFNY
  • WorkKeys® (Elmira): is a job skills assessment system that measures cognitive skills as well as soft skills identified by employers as critical for success in today's work environment.
